 The National
Association of Realtors recently conducted a survey of home buyers who had purchased a new home within the past five years. This survey discovered that 85% stated they would use a Buyer's Agent on their next real estate purchase. It's only logical that buyers would choose to have an expert representing their best interest on one of the most important decisions of their lives.
A Buyer’s Agent is an agent who represents the Buyer only when researching homes for sale in Delray Beach FL. To attain this designation, a real
estate agent must complete an extensive classroom training program on buyer agency practices and procedures, pass a written examination and submit evidence of practical experience as a Buyer's Representative in at least five closed transactions.

- Present you with prices of comparable homes in the area
- Review the results of the home inspection report with you
- Accompany you on a walk-through of the property prior to closing
- Attend your closing and help in resolving any issues that may arise
- Contact you after the closing to follow up on any remaining details or service needs
- Assist you in preparing a negotiation strategy for the selected property(s)
- Explain and prepare a written offer on the indicated property(s)
